In our groups led under expert clinician guidance, meet individuals who share similar experiences, share, and grow stronger.
Participation in groups requires a clinician assessment. After your application, our team will contact you. Group information is approximate and subject to change.
Alcohol Addiction Support and Solidarity Group
A solidarity and support group led under clinician guidance for individuals who want to quit or control their alcohol use. A confidentiality-based sharing environment based on voluntary participation.
Emotional Support Group
Weekly group sessions for individuals trying to cope with depression, anxiety and chronic stress. A safe sharing environment under clinician guidance.
Grief Process Support Group
Supports individuals who have lost a loved one or are going through divorce or significant life changes to navigate the grieving process in a healthy way.
Adult ADHD Support Group
A group focused on practical coping strategies and peer sharing for adults diagnosed with ADHD or experiencing attention difficulties. A preliminary assessment with the ASRS self-report scale is carried out at application.
Parent Support Group
A psychoeducation and support group for families whose children or adolescents have a psychiatric diagnosis or who experience parenting difficulties.
Women's Support Group
A safe group environment for women coping with postpartum depression, burnout, relationship difficulties and social pressure.
Gambling Addiction Support Group
A support group based on peer solidarity under clinician guidance for individuals struggling with gambling and games-of-chance addiction. A sharing environment focused on impulse control and relapse prevention.
Panic Disorder Support Group
A support group focused on coping skills, breathing and relaxation techniques and peer sharing for individuals experiencing panic attacks and panic disorder.
Exam Anxiety Support Group
A support group focused on anxiety management, study strategies and motivation sharing for students experiencing intense anxiety before and during exams.
Clinical Internship Program
The internship program at our clinic aims to provide real clinical experience to students studying in the fields of psychology and psychiatry. A comprehensive program is offered, covering individual therapy, group sessions, neuromodulation applications and neuropsychological test administration.
